The provincial decides it needs a "Status of the Artist" policy.
Bad enough.
Then it convenes a committee from all across Newfoundland and Newfoundland to hash the idea out.
Labrador is an integral part of the province.

Two of those artists are not even from the province! Yet none from Labrador. I am saddened, and I wish I was surprised.
But with this initiative, Signal Hill Quidi Vidi - the home of the starving artists will surely be secure
Well, until Andy Wells starts phoning people in "his" district up, and berating them.
