Nowhere in that release do I see any "blame" being placed on Canada for anything.

Take off your blue goggles.
Quit it with the partisan bull for once. Again, show me where the blame comes in. I've seen it clearly in many of Danny's edicts, but not this one.

The whole release is very clearly based around the unstated implication that the federal government isn't doing enough, whatever enough is.
It's all part of the Blame Canada nonsense that Danny's been engaged in since he got into politics in 2001.
