Where's your 'ed at?

The VOCM Question of the Day is as reliable a barometer as any of the way the political wind is blowing around the Eighth Floor of the middle finger of Confederation Building.

Today's question? "Should the Chief Electoral Officer investigate the 2001 St. Barbe by-election?"

As of right now, that question has received 19,625 "votes", a total which is increasing by over 100 "votes" per minute.

Reversing the embarrassing trendline which was shaping up earlier in the day, 65% have now "voted" no.

For the record, the previous five VOCM questions to have received more than 10,000 "votes" were:
Do you have confidence in our health minister, in the wake of the Cameron Report? (12,365 "votes")

Should the nurses union return to talks with government before concluding the strike vote? (22,782 "votes")

Do you think the nurses should have accepted government's invitation to go back to the bargaining table? (59,365 "votes")

Do you agree with the Williams government's move to take the 20 per cent template off the table at this time? (29,647 "votes")
and
Do you agree with government legislating nurses back to work and imposing a settlement in the event of a strike? (18,288 "votes")
